A family & maternity shoot is about capturing the special little moment's which makes your family yours. The tender connection's, the special little quirks, all the craziness a family brings and everything in between.

The Travel
Whether you've planned a special morning ritual, or a wedding after-party to keep the festivities going, I'm more than happy to help you capture all the moments. Simply add some extra hours to your chosen package and count me in!
Don't want to wait the usual 4-6 weeks to see your photos? The excitement is real and we get that! Skip the queue and add the rush service to have your photos in just 2 weeks after your wedding.
We'd love to capture your destination wedding, no matter where it is in the world. To assist with your planning, we've created some affordable, all-inclusive travel packs. Just tack it on, and we'll look after the rest.
+$400 per additional hour
+$850 rush fee
+$500 for domestic travel (wedding more than 250km from newcastle)
+$1,500 for international travel (weddings outside of australia)
As much as I'd love to clone myself and be in two spots at once, it's much easier to request a second shooter for your big day. Second shooters are particularly great when:
- You have a large guest list, and want to make sure we get shots of everyone that's there to celebrate you
- You and your partner aren't getting ready at the same time and the locations are far apart
- You're wanting photos of the ceremony and reception styling, prior to the arrival of your guests
Basically, the second shooter will act as a wingman / wing women, doubling the coverage of your wedding. We'll team up to make sure that everything is captured, from start to finish.

01 | Do you require a deposit?
You will be asked for a deposit to secure your session. This should be paid when all the information is confirmed as this is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Deposit range is depending on the session type.
02 | How do I choose a location for Family or Engagement Photos?
For most sessions and packages, location is totally up to you. I have a number of places I like to shoot at, however I’m always happy to try somewhere new. Please keep in mind, depending on location and travel time, a travel fee may be applicable. If you are struggling on a location, reach out as I’m always happy to send some suggestions your way.
03 | What happens if I need to cancel/reschedule?
I completely understand that life is crazy and unpredictable. If something comes up and you need to cancel or re-schedule your session, please ensure you send an email to alex@lunaandwillowphotography.com.au or contact me on 0419 219 001 as soon as possible.
04 | What information is required to book?
If you like what you see, then head to the top of the page and select the CONTACT button. Fill out your details in the form and I’ll get back to you soon with a quote. Keep in mind the more information and details that you provide in the form, the better idea I will have of exactly what you're after.
05 | When will my images be ready?
For anything other than weddings, your final gallery will be ready for download no longer than 4 weeks after your session. For weddings no longer than 12 weeks. I do try and jump into the editing straight away, so you may receive them back earlier, this is just depending on how busy I am. You receive ALL your images back, when I say all, I mean all which aren’t blurry or eyes closed, etc.. These will be uploaded onto an online password protected gallery and the link will be sent to you. This is where you can download and enjoy your gallery. Keep in mind, the earlier you can download your images from this link the better, as the link expires (this just ensures the safety and privacy for your images).
Alex is absolutely amazing at what she does, and you can see it through her work. She's kind, gentle and so patient with our little ones, she always provides the most beautiful photos of our family. We have used her now for the past 2 years from maternity to newborn, Mother's Day to Christmas and every other event or milestone in-between and let me say, we have been beyond happy and grateful with every single experience and photo she has produced.
